The Authority

1.The Collection Agency is authorized to use all legal means under the law, including but not limited to, contacting the Debtor, submitting necessary documents and initiating legal action, to collect the outstanding debt. 2.The Collection Agency is authorized to receive and disburse on my behalf all payments and amounts collected from the Debtor. The Obligations

The Fees

The fee percentage will be agreed upon prior to the start of the collection process and will not exceed the legal limit. 2.Additionally, the Collection Agency is authorized to charge additional fees or expenses for services such as filing fees, legal fees or other necessary expenses to complete the collection process.
